I found this website that has information about Face Shapes & Eyebrows on http://www.eyebrowz.com. When you click on the link and scroll down you will find various face shapes and the eyebrows shapes they suggest. Please note, that the site does sell supplies for eyebrows as well. However, I have not tried their products and do not endorse them in any way. I just got to the site for the free info.
Shaping your eyebrows seems to be in fashion lately. Eyebrows with a clean, neat, even shape really do frame the face beautifully. But it’s not just vanity and beauty. You can change a character’s personality just by changing their eyebrows. Extremely high arched eyebrows, or ones with a harsh slant tend to make the person look mean, or very serious. Would we believe that Spock was a super intelligent alien if he had regular shaped eyebrows? What about Brooke Shields back in the 80’s? Some say that her eyebrows made her famous. Everyone wanted that full, natural eyebrow look that graced all the magazine covers.
Eyebrow shapes come and go every decade or so. What’s in fashion today will look silly and dated years from now, then it will come back into style again. Such is the cycle of beauty and fashion. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Clara Bow eyebrow look came back into style and everyone wanted to pluck their eyebrows into a super thin, down sloping arches.
So when the actor or model you are working on is fussy about their eyebrows, just grin and bear it. Maybe one day they will be known for the eyebrow shape you gave them? (What? It could happen!)

My eyebrows look more the 80’s one you showed. I often wonder if I am making the most out of my natural eyebrow shape. I cannot believer Clara Brown’s eyebrows were a hit! She looks so sad!
